  • Qualified customers will up with their full name, addresses, contact number, waybill number and email address and register to our electronic raffle registration on this address – http://www.wwwexpress.com.ph/summer-promo/
  • The raffle draw will be at Pascor Drive Sto. Nino Paranaque W Express Building. A DTI representative will be present to witness the drawing of winners. The winners shall be notified via registered mail and email. Winner will be announced at wexpress.com.ph website.
  • To claim the prize, the winners shall present the Housewaybill, a vaild I.D (driver’s license, work I.D, passport, school ID, etc.). In case of disqualification, a new winner will be drawn.
  • Winners have sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice to claim the prize. Otherwise, this will be forfeited upon prior approval by DTI.
  • Customers can only win once per raffle draw. If a name is drawn more than once in the draw, he will get the prize with higher value.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Employees of W Express Philippines, W Express, reseller partners, their advertising agency, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion
  • Prizes are transferable and non – convertible to cash.

The collected personal information will be used for the 2019 summer promo of W-Express Corporation. Only authorized personnel have access to your personal information, which will be stored in a database for 1 year after your last active entry into this promo, after which the same shall be properly destroyed/ disposed.

Data or information made available via W-Express online facility by electronic, oral, written, or any other means, which is not available to the general public and/or which you expressly indicate as requiring confidential treatment shall be treated as such. Any use of Confidential Information, or part thereof, shall only be with the prior written authorization and will be held by W-Express in confidence and protected to the same extent and by applying the same means used by W-Express to protect its own confidential information of similar nature. W-Express agrees to restrict disclosure of the Confidential Information only to those of its employees or agents with a “need to know”, and will advise the foregoing of their obligations. You shall remain the sole owner of your Confidential Information, including all intellectual property subsisting therein. In the event that the Confidential Information is to be disclosed pursuant to a valid court order or under any applicable law or regulation, W-Express shall provide you with notice of such requirement, prior to disclosure. The Confidential Information made available hereunder, including copies thereof, shall be returned to you immediately upon request, or be destroyed, as the case may be. This provision on Confidential Information shall survive the expiration or termination of the booking system for any reason whatsoever for a period of five (5) years of said expiration or termination.
